As we all know I have the crabbiest computer in the world (still dell aspiring to an apple). IT's had two cleanouts in past year one wiht dell and one with a pc guy up the road. However, two days ago it wouldn't let me log onto the winebar nor again last night. Get some message re either not connected to broadband or some problem but not the v bulletin one I used to get before - and I can log on here at work. I don't seem to have any problem with any other sites .... I tend to just start typing the word in in the top bar and the site name appears (which it does and it seems correct ending in the .eu) do you think i have done something in my permissions or something.
Or have you only half barred me don't worry if you don't know but thought Id try you first

Funny that. Seems like the cookies (not the edible kind) for the wine bar deleted themselves on my Maccie. I couldn't get to the site. Kept asking me to pick a programme to open the page. Finally I sussed it out and removed the www from the addy. E voila - I'm back. Had to login again, though, which is usually automatic.

Bizarre stuff...

Funny that - I tried to access this site at home the other day and got that 'open with' box I normally only get for documents.

This site is always difficult to access from work - the page either times out, or refuses to open, defaulting to the bank homepage instead.
